AventZ can be used by Anyone & Everyone to plan & organize their Parties/Events.
Who can register as a Vendor on AventZ?
Entrepreneurs & Businesses who offer Event/Party related goods and services can register as Vendors on AventZ.
Is AventZ a Vendor?
No, AventZ is not a Vendor. AventZ provides a Platform for anyone planning a Party/Event to find verified Vendors to organize all aspects of their Events.
How much do I pay to register & use AventZ for both Users and Vendors?
AventZ is currently FREE to register & use for both Users and Vendors.
Can I pay for goods & services on AventZ?
No, AventZ does not accept payment on behalf of Vendors. Payment for goods and services ordered on AventZ are made according to the personal terms agreed with the Vendor outside of the Platform.
Does AventZ do deliveries?
No, AventZ does not do deliveries. Order fulfillment and deliveries are conducted according to the terms agreed with the Vendor.
How do I find Vendors on AventZ?
Create an Event and you can find Vendors near you under each To-do List for every task/category.
Can I post pictures & videos of my products & services on AventZ?
No. AventZ does not list products of Vendors. The business names of Vendors are listed under the category they register and Users can request for quotations from the App. However, you can view Vendors’ products on their social media handles via links on their AventZ Page.
Does AventZ show analysis of tasks, spending, etc?
Yes. AventZ gives analytics on event budget, spending, task status and even counts down to your event date. You can access completed Events and even share pictures to your social media.
Can I send invites to guests for my Event on AventZ?
Yes! You can send default invite templates or upload your own designed invites and send to your contacts via WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook & other channels.
Can I register as both a User and a Vendor on AventZ?
Yes. A User who provides good and services for Parties/Events can register as a Vendor and enjoy patronage from other Users. You can easily switch between your User and Vendor Profiles.
